1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued if the service provided was not as described or if the booking was not fulfilled due to our error.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the service date.

Refunds will not be provided for changes in customer circumstances or dissatisfaction unrelated to service quality.

2. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact us at support@friend-on.rent with your booking details, reason for the request, and any supporting information.

Refund requests will be reviewed promptly, and you will be notified of the decision within 5 business days.

3. Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
Services that have been fully rendered and accepted cannot be refunded.

Any promotional or discounted bookings are subject to special terms and may have limited refund eligibility.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund.
